Kawa Espresso Bar
A wonderful little multicultural Cafe that hosts a variety of music most nights of the week along with one of the best international selections of beer, wine and spirits. The food is great too, with a number of vegetarian options. Lately I've been hooked by the Yogi Bowl.
Hotel Blackfoot
Every Thursday night is JAZZ night! Hotel Blackfoot hosts many of Calgary's best jazz musicians in their hotel lobby. They have continued to support live music in their hotel for decades, throughout all of Calgary's economic upheavals. Thank you Hotel Blackfoot!!
Gravity Espresso & Wine Bar
Another great little discovery in the neighbourhood of Inglewood along what has become 'The Music Mile'. This Cafe around the corner, has rich brewed coffee, nibbles, excellent sandwiches and soups. We loved playing this venue for the jazz festival!
